Information we collect
When you create an account, QT Check processes account information such as your name, email address, authentication provider, and optional phone number. We also store product text you submit, generated reports, saved preferences, and account usage information needed to operate scan allowances.
How we use information
We use your preferences, including health conditions, allergies, ingredients to avoid, and dietary preferences, to personalise reports you request. We use account and usage data to secure the service, prevent abuse, and provide your report history.
Sharing reports
Reports are private by default. A report becomes public only when its owner explicitly chooses to publish it for sharing. Public reports may be indexed by search engines and viewed by anyone with the report link.
Service providers
QT Check uses hosting, database, authentication, email, and AI service providers to deliver the service. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to QT Check.
Your choices
You can update saved preferences in My Account. You can request account deletion through the Delete Account page. Do not submit sensitive medical information beyond what is necessary for your own preferences.
